Making Farmer Cheese

I saw this a few months ago so I tried it. Simplest way to make your own cheese ever. Use goats milk (not ultra-pasteurized.) The closer to raw milk the better. It works out to half the price of Boursin Cheese in the store and you can add your own seasonings. Let us know how it turns out or post tips for others.
